The business is run by Tony Thorner, a former farmer and lifestyle block owner who has spent years working with the machinery, materials, and land management challenges that property work involves. He started the business providing maintenance services to lifestyle block owners — work that he understood from direct experience — and expanded into residential landscaping and property maintenance as demand grew.

The right machine for the work we do
Our equipment is selected for the kind of work we do — primarily residential properties and lifestyle blocks where access is often restricted and the scale of work sits between what can be done by hand and what requires a large contractor.
The 2-tonne digger fitted with rock, tilt, and grab buckets is the core of the operation. It is compact enough to work through standard gates, alongside houses, and in confined urban sections, but has genuine capacity for earthmoving, trenching, and site preparation. For larger excavation jobs we have access to bigger diggers through our network.
The flail mower and mulcher handles vegetation clearing — grass, scrub, gorse, and broom — in a single pass. The tipper truck provides cartage for delivering bulk materials and removing waste. A ride-on mower covers larger lawns and sections. Welding equipment allows us to carry out steel fabrication and repairs on-site or in-house.
